A high-end residential building with commerce on the street. Several sustainability concepts were employed such as natural daylighting, use of organic materials, social sustainability, water reuse. The orientation of the brise-solei were defined according to daylight and privacy simulations using grasshopper and rhino.
This project was awarded internationally by the Rethinking The Future Awards 2022 (ACDA).
