Th1 facade of this building reinterprets many of the 60s and 70s builds in São Paulo on the after-period of brazilian brutalism, yet it is playful in a way that each horizontal line of floors is not distinctively recognizable due to varying facade elements. The organic-shaped ground-floor and lighter materials confirm the contemporay identity of the design.
This project was shortlisted for the best future residential project at the World Festival of Architecture 2023.
