Can we use origami folds to our favor? The concrete shell built within the American embassy's atrium takes advantages of the tetrahedral forms of the ceiling and optimized point supports to produce a tridimensional truss-system with a continuous concrete shell. The project was done from concept to construction with BIM modelling and documentation, as well as a suspended scaffolding platform for the ceiling's formwork.
